The back of our house was a old addition built in the 70’s. It had a pillar foundation and was in desperate need of replacing. We found Eastern Western Construction on Home Stars and saw the positive reviews. We called and spoke with Yiannis. We were immediately impressed with his professionalism. We decided to hire him for the tear down and rebuild of our addition. This included excavating and having a proper foundation built. Yiannis and his team were very hard working. We were very impressed with the quality of work they did. We love our new addition. We’re so glad that we went with Eastern Western Construction.

Full basement renovation including new plumbing, electrical, stairs, duct work, bathroom, laundry room, closets and kitchen rough-in. Happy with the finished product and would recommend Eastern Western Construction for similar work.

We contracted Eastern Western Construction with renovating our first floor which included a full kitchen renovation, powder room and living/dining room areas. Yiannis was very responsive right from the quotation process through to the completion of the construction. We were able to move forward with construction during the Covid-19 situation with their great support and we appreciated the work accomplished during this time by Yiannis and Frank.

The kitchen cabinetry was a collaboration with DJL Kitchens and Eastern Western Construction...custom color and design assisted by Crissy. We love the kitchen design with the large island and countertop/backsplash design.

Yiannis and his team are highly professional. He made sure that the work took place on a timely manner and that I was made aware of complications of the renovation early so that appropriate decision could take place in a timely fashion to avoid delay and hence cost impact. The quality of the craftsmanship is high given the fact that they renovated old home. I trust Eastern western and would use them again.

Great company. Yiannis is so professional. Never thought it would be as smooth as it went for my project. Basement reno with bathroom. The project was on time.. delivered what was expected.. offered advice on design and no added cost. Further more price is exceptional for work done vs other qoutes in the industry.
