We were seeking an elegant AC solution for a home with no ducts. Andre conducted a thorough heat/gain loss assessment to identify the requirements of the home and when we found a system from the US we liked (Unico) he was able to work with the distributor to get the system delivered here to Canada. Though it is a relatively new system he was able to install it and the high velocity component has been working flawlessly and quietly. Andre found an elegant solution cladding for the exterior cabling needed for a ductless house as well. We now have excellent heating (through a heat pump feature) and cooling throughout the home. Andre has always been quick to respond to concerns and always left the work environment clean and tidy, even mid-project. We would highly recommend him and his team, particularly for a more technical and complex project.

Aire Serv has us covered on all our many HVAC needs. Over several years, André has demonstrated a wealth of technical and practical knowledge - time and again getting creative with our "special projects" (e.g. convert swimming pool heating from electric to gas) so as to provide elegant solutions while minimizing cost. His energy audit performed has also paid for itself so many times over. He has also offered us many tips along the way to help us get the most out of our HVAC equipment. Nothing is ever too much trouble, even the mundane routine maintenance (e.g. boiler, furnace, air conditioners). Always prompt, reliable, dependable, clean, friendly, high quality work at a fair price - a rare combination these days.

Andre and Jason were listening to my request during their work on site and made effort to satisfy my needs as a client. I felt they were caring, patiently answered many questions from the time of making an on-site quote to finish the job. Andre didn't mention, and didn't charge a visiting fee for giving an estimate on site. The way he did shown his confidence of his service and capability for competition in the market. I indeed appreciated that.
By the way, I would suggest anyone who is looking for a quote, ask before hand if they charge any fee for a visit for estimate and consider if it makes sense to you. Pay rate around $155 per hour for a service should have covered so-called visiting fee potentially. Remember commonly speaking, how many people who could make a rate over $25 per hour? But they would pay tripple for a visit!
Personally I would say that don't deal with any one who is lack of confidence with his service, product, and his quote. I don't buy a saying that the visiting fee would be counted as part of the final payment as they emphasize to potential clients. I don't buy because it smells like a hook. What if clients ended they don't use the service? Clients ended to pay $80 hourly rate for nothing while they might only make the lowest salary. It simply does not make sense.

Andre was prompt and showed up right on time. Work was performed quickly and great attention was made in keeping entrance clean when coming in from outside. The extra work that was needed was explained and done quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

In the fall of 2016, our furnace randomly stopped working. It was a fairly new furnace, only 4 years old at that point. We had a furnace company come in and assess the situation. They took readings, concluded that our furnace was unsafe and then they red tagged. Being only installed for 4 years and a newer model of furnace, which was also installed by a licenced HVAC technician, we couldn't believe that someone was telling us we had to replace it.

That's when we called AireServ. Andre was awesome. He came out right away, and with all of his knowledge and experience, he was able to diagnose the problem, determine that by no means was our furnace unsafe or in need of replacement and that in fact the furnace shut down as part of a safety response mechanism as it was supposed to.

After a long debate with the first HVAC contractor about the calibration of his equipment and the experience of his technicians, using the data AireServ had given us, we were able to have the red tag lifted and have had no further problems since.

This experience led us to engage in a service agreement with AireServ which has also been fantastic.
