The Awning Factory

We wanted to install an awning on our new home rather than umbrellas because of the wind. We absolutely love it!! Such great quality and much more efficient all around. We will add more in the future as well. We chose The Awning factory and glad we did! Randy is amazing, so helpful and stands behind his product. Always there if you need something. Like I said we will absolutely be calling back for our future awnings!!

Our neighbours had an awning installed from The Awning Factory, we were impressed so we called them to get a quote. The price was reasonable and we went ahead with the installation. We were very happy with their installation and professional service, but better yet, the awning is something we should've had done years ago. It looks fabulous and keeps the sun away when we want to enjoy a bit of shade, it also helps keep the house cooler during the warm summer months. We would certainly recommend.

We had been looking for ways to improve the shade in our backyard for a few years, trying various methods but none providing the enjoyment of sitting outside during a "calm" rain. We had been looking at awnings (cost, suppliers, etc) and ventured into "The Awning Factory" one morning while in the NE. We were immediately greeted by Randy, who asked us what we were looking for, listened to all of our needs/questions/concerns about wind and weather and showed us all of our options. No heavy sales push, just a lot of knowledge on the products and a really nice guy! Upon returning home, we decided to have someone come out and take some measurements for our new awning. We decided on a colour and model and whether to go with a motorized version (which was a no-brainer for the size we went with and soooo nice that it automatically closes when the sensor detects a "too strong" wind). Love, love, love it and the temperature under the awning is very refreshing in these hot, hot summer days we've been having...should have done it years ago! Thanks guys!

We had compared another company with The Awning Factory (TAF). From the first estimate to the samples Jason left, we had little doubt we were getting a superior product and service. The quote did not change and the install was very professional. What a quality product. These screens have helped keep the house and deck cooler, keeping the glare off the deck from the glass, and keeping the sun out of the house. It has added much more enjoyment to our deck. We looked at 3 companies to provide an estimate for a new awning and the response from Randy was awesome, quick and answered our questions in detail over a couple of email exchanges. When Jason came out to review our site and show us samples he was on time and professional and informative on what to look for. When the guys came to install they were again very professional. on time and fast. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new awning.

I have a south-facing deck which is always too hot to use during the sunny summer days. To keep the house cool, I would have to close up the windows and close the blinds. Now with the awning, I can open my window and pull back the blinds while keeping the deck and house cool. I highly recommend this product and company.

From the start with Jason’s quote to the installation of the automatic awning we were very pleased with the whole process..The colour match of the frame to the fascia and soffit on the house is very close.The colour of the actual fabric of the awning dark brown, blends in nicely with the house.Overall very pleased!

We are really happy with our Royal Marcesa awning! It is extremely sturdy and we love having the remote to operate it. It makes it so much easier. The wind sensor is worth the money too. If we forget it's out and the wind picks up, it just comes in on it's own. Our one service call was quick and free.
It's just cozy under there and you can still hang outside if it's drizzling. The awning is keeps the sun off the hardwood in the kitchen too! Have had since 2015.

Best outdoor purchase we have ever made. We have had our awning for 3 years now, no problems but lots of shade when needed. We now use our beautiful SW facing deck a lot. The wind sensor is great too with an automatic return when too windy. Our home is cooler too with the awning as I can have my blinds open to look out but the awning keeps the sun out. Our neighbor saw how much we used ours and got themselves one too. We also have friends that got one after seeing our awning. Do not hesitate to use The Awning Factory.
