The work was done quickly and finished very nicely with what seemed a special attention to detail. The bathroom turned out so nice we now eat our dinner in there.

Our contractor was a gentleman named Kyle from Komodo Bath and Tile. He was an integral part of making our kitchen come to life. His carpentry skills were tested with several unique situations including removing and installing new windows and taking out walls and ceilings. No task was too big or too small for Kyle. He gave detailed progress reports daily and was very accurate with his timing. There was never a day that something was not completed to a very high standard. Kyle was happy to do lots of additional jobs including making a closet door to match my new shaker style kitchen cabinets. We were very impressed with our new door. Kyle handled everything professionally and made juggling all the trades seem easy. Each contractor recommended by Kyle is honest, thorough and clean. They worked well as a team. I would highly recommend Kyle as a contractor to do any job.

Replaced old tub and shower surround, installed vinyl plank floors and replaced baseboards, touched up paint and etc. Job looks great - tenants are most pleased

Kyle was a pleasure to work with. He always kept us updated with everything he was doing. He had excellent attention to detail, noticing and fixing imperfections that I never would have noticed. He was always friendly and worked with excellent subcontractors. We always felt comfortable with him in our home.
His rates were very reasonable and he was completely transparent with the pricing. Whenever problems came up, he worked with us to find the best solution. The project did go over schedule, but this was because Kyle would never take any shortcuts on quality. The final product greatly exceeded our expectations.

This was our first renovation and we were facing some pretty major plumbing and wiring upgrades along with a full gut and renovation of the only bathroom in our house. Kyle was fantastic. He was reassuring, helping us understand every step of the process so that there were no unpleasant surprises. A complete, to the studs bathroom renovation. New custom built glass shower with tiling, vanity, significant plumbing changes (moved the toilet). Kyle did a great job, changes affecting costs were discussed transparently, and the final invoice was as expected.

I had a bathtub with shower put in the main bath that looks great. The ensuite tub was replaced with a six foot shower that needed to include a large window. The end result looks fabulous. Kyle was great with keeping me informed at all stages, had good suggestions, and there was minimal disruption to the household. I would recommend him to others looking to have renovations done.

We opened up our main floor by removing some bedroom walls creating a much larger open space for our main living area. Kyle was awesome. He listened to what we wanted, made suggestions and handled detours needed with a practical, level-headed approach. He kept in constant communication with us so we knew where we stood. No surprises.
