Flex Construction & Renovation

Works was to be completed mid Aug., but they walked off the job in Nov. They attempt to bully me into final payment before final inspection. Inspection failed showing many deficiencies and covered up problems. Had to hire someone else to complete job. Job was finally completed and deficiencies fixed and work was brought up to code by another contractor in January.
Contractor was rarely on site. Workers often unsupervised and many mistakes made. Many days went with no one on site. When they did come they would often only be there for 3 to 4 hours. Often supplies were not there or were wrong supplies and workers could not perform their work. Building inspectors were treated with contempt and their requests were ignored. I would never hire this company again. It was a complete headache and was stressful from start to finish.

Flex took my basement from nothing to an awesome space, designed for me. Great workout area, laundry room (and it is hard to get excited about laundry), bathroom and storage areas. Looks wonderful and I use it everyday.

From inception to completion Flex did a great job--punctual, efficient, great quality workmanship, innovative solutions to irregular original home issues, and a great bunch of guys (Justin in particular)!.

Converted my basement into a home entertainment system and my family loves it! The employees were great so polite and always made sure we were involved in the process to ensure we would be satisfied. I strongly recommend calling flex construction for your next renovation.
