We were working with a short time timeline and Michael and his team was great at expediting everything for us. He was very prompt, responsive and the kitchen came out beautifully! We selected NEO Kitchen for our kitchen/laundry room renovation in late December 2018, our project was completed within 3 weeks from start to finish. Over the year we’ve been very happy with the workmanship and quality of the new cabinets. Thank you, Michael and your team’s great work.

My wife and I have always wanted to renovate our kitchen, despite our home being only 9 years old (new build). After extensive research into various contractors / kitchen designers that are on the market in the Greater Toronto Area, we chose to put our trust into Neo Kitchen and they delivered in spades. From the outset of the first consultation, to the process of installation and completing the final touches, Neo Kitchen was never short of a) Professionalism and b) Excellent workmanship. Michael is a visionary in Kitchen Design, his experience and ability to understand our needs translated into the kitchen we always wanted. The installation crew was extremely professional, courteous, punctual, and hard working. From start to finish, the installation took approximately 2.5 weeks. I completed the electrical myself and had a separate company complete the countertops and backsplash, but that's only because I have an electrical engineering background and my close friend is in the countertop business. Overall, my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the end product (and the process of reaching the end product) and we will use Neo Kitchen again if and when we do another kitchen renovation. I hired Neo Kitchen to do my kitchen renovation. This was my first experience with them and looking at the photos of the previous projects, I was expecting similar results. From day one Michael was a true professional and very easy to work with. He showed us the designs the same day he took measurements and we fell in love. All we had to do is wait for them to install and I can tell you that the look of the kitchen now is beyond my expectations. He did a fantastic job and I highly recommend him.

We hired Neo Kitchen to completely renovate our main floor kitchen. Overall, our experience with Neo Kitchen was a positive one. Michael was instrumental in helping us come up with a design for the kitchen and Gaby was very responsive whenever we had questions. The installation went well although there were some minor issues (some of which could have been addressed more easily if those doing the work could speak English fluently). All in all, Michael and his entire team were a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely recommend Neo Kitchen.

My experience with neo kitchen was amazing from beginning. We had them to do our Kitchen Renovation 3 years ago for my first house. Michael was very helpful with his suggestions and recommendation. We are very satisfied with the work and enjoyed our new kitchen very much.

After about 3 years, we have some small issues which was completely due to our inappropriate use of the pull out trash can. So I reached out to Neo once again, I have been informed that my warranty has expired, but they are do treat their customer like friends and promise to come by take a look the issue, after they come by did inspection they said they will fix it without any further charges. I feel like they are taking pride in their business and always strive to offer the best service. I definitely would recommend to my friends in the future!!

I had my kitchen done with Neo Kitchen about a year ago and I can’t begin to explain how beautiful it all came out.
