Pure Filters

The worst service that I have ever dealt with. I ordered furnace filters from this company on August 22. They have yet to be delivered. Their customer service people have indicated to me on several occasions that my order is on it's way. This has happened at least 6 times now. One month later, I have yet to receive anything. They happily took my money, but are unable to deliver (or provide a requested refund). Do not deal with this company. Their customer service stinks, and they are incredibly dishonest.

As a footnote to my above comments, I am pleased to report that after 28 days, and several emails, I was contacted directly by the company owner, and the situation was rectified to my satisfaction. Hopefully the constructive conversation that I had with the owner will help other future customers.

Purchased filters from PureFilters after a bad experience with another filter supplier. The whole transaction went very well and at a reasonable price. I will definitely buy from them again.

I went to at least 5 different stores to get new filters and not 1 store had the correct filter. I ordered 4 filters from purefilters.ca your can't beat the price. Based on similar filters at the stores I am guessing I saved almost 40% and it shipped to my front door within days. I will always order from purefilters. ca going forward. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

Great service, wide selection of furnace filters and fast shipping. finding specialty furnace filters can be costly and hard unless you buy directly from manufacturer and pay their premium pricing. Easily found the filter I needed at a good price. Definitely be using PureFilters whenever I go looking for a furnace filter...
