Rafi came to do maintenance on the three furnaces in my rental triplex, which hopefully will extend the longevity of the units. On one unit he needed to do repair which he prioritized to come back the next day which is very appreciated. Rafi is professional and walks you through his process and your options, which is a thoughtful and low pressure approach.

Rafis team replaced an air conditioner for us last year and we have had no issues with since.

Our water heater was not heating water and it was a serious issue so i contqcted a couple of companies they promised they will show up but never did that day and the water heater was required to be be fixed as soon as it could.

Then my neighbour suggested me to call H&R services I called them and they snt tolmal the nxt hour and fixed it. i would say that it was best service and i will also recommend others to use thm

Our boiler had stoped working that day and we called rafi to fix it, he visited same dy and resolvd it, guided us for future use and we will get it serviced every year, thanx rafi

We found H & R Services on google and then Apointment was scheduled right away after taking necessary info address etc technician tolmal showed up right on time and resolved the issue sooner than expected. Anyway we are satisfied with the service level.

High Efficiency Furnace repaired

We had a new amana furnace installed 2 years ago while we noticed that it was not heating well also TVoc levels would rise way above limits. Off course we tried contacting the original installer to come and have a look but no luck then we caled H & R heating, their technician rafi was able to identify the issue within an hour and problem resolved. He advised for cleaning of this Furnace every year which I will consider from next year but thank you Rafi for your service on fixing the issue. Best work done.

It was time to get my air conditioner & Furnace replaced. Earlier I had used H and r heating for repair but this was his first time doin an installation 4 me. Installer Tolmal did a fantastic job. I Paid fair prices as I had checked with someother company befor hiring him D:- anyway I am glad to hire him

This was my first time using h&R. Furnace was locking. Also should say they did so on short notice to come in next morning after calling them on a Sunday. H & R came in and did a thorough inspection. I have to appreciate this because most technicians I hire just glance, move quickly through the inspection, and get out. H&R took the time to make sure they understood the problem. You can tell they live and breathe this stuff. When I see that, it builds trust. I won’t hesitate to use them again.
