One of the drawbacks of Patterned Concrete is it has to be regularly maintained or it will diminish over time. We have a lot of patterned concrete, spanning the driveway, porch and steps, side walkway and back patio. Unfortunately not all surfaces had been regularly maintained by the previous homeowner.
We called several contractors and few wanted to even perform the job to provide resealing to the Patterned Concrete surfaces. GTA Sealing came to the rescue. After I requested a quote through HomeStars, the owner, Art, gave me a call. I explained the surface areas and conditions, and rather than just ballpark on the phone, Art went out of his way to make a trip to my residence and and assess the condition of the patterned concrete areas to ensure it was a job he could help with. Art is a great communicator, and was sure to keep me updated on the schedule to do the job, and working around an unpredictable weather forecast to ensure we could get the job completed without delays.
He had his crew pressure wash the driveway on Day 1, and a couple days later (to work around some unpredictable weather), Art came and personally did the sealing himself, ensuring the job was done right. Art has even offered to come back for touch ups if needed.
