After a couple of confusing trips looking for TV mounts I happened into Alex and his company on Yelp. Gave him a call and he responded right away. We discussed my needs and he recommended mounts that he would being... both of high quality and very reasonable priced. Within 24 hours he installed both perfectly. He takes extra time and effort to make sure they are safely secured and also explains the process and provides clear instructions. I had some other major mirrors to hang and he jumped right in and for them up in perfect places and heights. He can do anything. Even put some new door locks on in no time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. He is highly professional, gets back to you in no time, has a great sense if humour and takes pride in making a client happy. Will definitely call him again for the next TV mount, or computer or home job. He's the best!

Alex really cared about doing a safe installation, and doing it well. He explained my mount options and we ended up going a different direction due to issues with instruction on the wall. He took his time to explain everything to me and did not pressure me in any direction. I'm really happy with the installation and really happy I did not pay a lot more for a couple of junior people through big box store. It's a very solid install and I'd recommend him to anyone.

When Alex installed our 42 inch TV along with the dual DVD stand, he did it all very professionally. It looks great now, and we are completely satisfied with the end finish. Can't imagine now we delayed this installation for so long, and wasted space keeping it atop the dresser.

Our TV wall mounting unit was purchased from an electrical supplies store but we found that the unit was more suitable for Houses than for Condos. Alex made it work though.. And he also brought in the right DVD stand because we couldn't find a matching one. I will recommend getting the TV stand from him though, because there are so many options, you don't want to be stuck with a stand to hold your TV that doesn't fit your spec or that is risky.

Alex replied quickly to my call, his knowledge and experience were obvious, his skill was 100%, he was able to think on his feet with our somewhat-tight location for the TV installation, he corrected mistakes the last company made & he's a friendly guy. Top marks.

Communication and professionalism are the absolute baseline criteria that I evaluate customer service on, especially when it comes to in home service.

Alex was always easy to get hold of by phone, and always communicated when he was arriving. You cannot take communication for granted.

During Alex's installation, he took the time to teach and educate about each and every process of the installation. Not only do these actions make him more accountable, but I learned a few things that I can self serve myself in the future, such as swapping TV's and repositioning how it is mounted.

Alex worked fast and every efficient while giving me a TED talk on what he's doing and why. I was very impressed that I considered having him do my car's oil change and also to teach me how to hand make pasta. Kidding aside, not only was Alex fast, he was also very clean.

Availability and flexibility was wonderful with Alex, as I had to change my dates due to my TV arriving earlier than I anticipated.

I would definitely use Alex's service again.
