LeafFilter Gutter Protection

Quote was approved a month ago. Salesman could not give any commitment on installation and avoiding my text messages and phone calls. What luck I did not part with payments. You can not trust the company or the sales person. Hence the saying, they can not walk their talk. Be aware of their Baloney talk of best product and life time warranty. Right now, if they do not respond to your call, just imagine a year or two years later, you will be talking to the birds and east.

After the product was installed we had a problem with a leak between the gutter and the fascia over our front porch. It took a long time to get someone here to look at this. When they did come, we were not home to explain or discuss the solution. They installed an unsightly 2 to 3 foot tin “dam” in front of the gutters. This made the problem much, much worse. Now the debris builds up behind the dam and completely blocks the leaf filter product so the rain runs along the length of the dam and CASCADES onto the porch. We have made numerous calls and had several missed appointments. When someone finally did show up, they told us the solution is to clean behind the dam. We have a lot of trees and this would be a weekly task and frankly the one we are trying to avoid by spending a lot of money for this product. No one at the company seems to be taking ownership of this problem. They have our money so they don’t care.

very poor customer service. wanted a second look after the initial installation but no one got back to me. water is leaking from the gutters. Would not recommend this company

After extensive research my husband and I decided to give Leaf filter a call and see what they were offering as far as quality of product went it seemed like it made the most sense. Best decision we could have made, the product is great, the installation went very well. Very impressed.

Professional experience from Sales to Install to Debris cleanup. Finished product looks amazing. Just need the rain to show the real advantage of this product.

We have been in our house for 14+ years and the trees have grown significantly in that time. I found that I had to climb up onto the second story roof at least three times a year to clear out clogs and blockages from Maple Keys and Leaves. The back ups were so bad that water would only flow over the edge of the gutters and never reached the downspouts. Now I am not getting any younger and the last time I was on the roof I did not have that same level of confidence working at heights as I used to and my wife we will simply say was not impressed with my being up there in the first place. We tried to have someone come in to clean the gutters and looked at other products including self installation but could not find a reasonable fit for our needs. LeafFilter responded quickly to our request for a quote and came to the house in short order. The sales person was knowledgeable and polite. The product was within our price range based on previous quotes from other contractors and the work was done within a week of signing up. With the leaves falling and the fall weather moving in, we have piece of mind knowing that I won't have to climb the ladder again. Now I'm looking forward to the rain just to watch them work.
