As an ATCO customer decided to try RUMI services and booked a service to have our older furnace checked before the usual January cold spell. Liked the idea that the company was aligned with ATCO our long time gas provider. The technician sent an email with his photo prior to arrival - a good idea in this day & age to know who is coming to your door. He was professional, informative and gave advice on the kind of furnace filter - don't need to purchase the expensive type.
Will keep Furnace Family in mind for future furnace & plumbing concerns.
