Wasp Nest Removal Experience

I previously hired this company for a carpenter ant issue and had a great experience, so I decided to call them again for wasp nest removal. I received an estimate over the phone, and the nest wasn't in a particularly challenging location. The removal itself took only 15 minutes, but the remnants of the nest were left on my porch, and theres still a black spot where the nest used to be. There was no communication about these issues, and the final cost was at the top end of the estimate. Overall, this experience was quite different from the excellent service I received last time.

We had an emergency situation at our home with rodents coming up the sump pump pipe. Mr Patel attended to our needs immediately. He put traps down and then retuned after a few days to check, and our problem was resolved. He also helped alleviate our daughter's anxiety about the rodents.
