Wasp Nest Removal Experience
I previously hired this company for a carpenter ant issue and had a great experience, so I decided to call them again for wasp nest removal. I received an estimate over the phone, and the nest wasn't in a particularly challenging location. The removal itself took only 15 minutes, but the remnants of the nest were left on my porch, and theres still a black spot where the nest used to be. There was no communication about these issues, and the final cost was at the top end of the estimate. Overall, this experience was quite different from the excellent service I received last time.

Thanks again for your business with us. I am very sorry that I can't fulfill your expectations but I tried my best to clear that spot. If I tried harder it could damage that spot that's why I didn't try harder but overtime it will go away for sure. We are one call away.
