Unsatisfactory Experience with Royal York Property Management
I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided by Royal York Property Management. My experience has been marked by a series of issues that I believe warrant attention.
Upon moving into our rental property, we discovered that not all the keys were provided. Additionally, we were informed of an unexpected fee required to obtain the mailbox key. This lack of transparent communication and the subsequent financial surprise has been inconvenient and disappointing.
Adding to our concerns, there was an unannounced entry into our residence by Royal York Property Management. This entry, supposedly to drop off remote keys and retrieve the key deposit lock, has raised questions about privacy boundaries. Despite their admission of entering without consent, the incident has left us feeling uncomfortable about our right to privacy.
At this time, we are awaiting feedback in order to determine the next steps.
Prospective tenants should be cautious and consider these aspects before engaging with Royal York Property Management. While our experience has been less than ideal, we hope that sharing our concerns will encourage improvements in their communication and service practices.
