Installed May 2019, no rebate cheque received, cannot contact company as all phone numbers disconnected and email address not working. Not sure what to do, even tried calling the "Energy Auditor" that first came to home and his number also not working. Supposed to have 12 years of service calls as part of contract, with no numbers working I don't have a good feeling about this!

Had a tankless water heater installed in August 2018. A year later and multiple emails, I am still waiting for my rebate. After my first follow up, I was finally contacted and told they needed a photo. They sent a technician to obtain said photo in May 2019. It is now August 2019 and still waiting. Have sent multiple emails looking for an update with no response. I am now requesting copies of the rebate submission so that I can follow up directly. I am questioning whether not it was ever submitted. Something just does not seem right with this situation.

Not impressed. Installed Dec 2018. End of May 2019 A/C condenser(compressor?) not working . Difficulty reaching anyone by phone. Asked son to assist me. His research shows way over priced. Service is basically non existent.

The installers were excellent and cleaned up after themselves. They also came back when I was having a problem with the furnace and now it is working fine. They also made sure that the outside where the pipes exited was repaired to my satisfaction.

Thermostat and furnace were not communicating. Submitted HomeStars request in evening and got a call back from RHS in about 15 minutes...that is what I call rapid! Jay arrived as scheduled and systematically diagnosed the problem. He patiently explained what he found, proposed a solution, and gave me a quote. He returned a few days later to install a slightly hard-to-find part given the age of the furnace. Even though the part was slightly more expensive than he estimated, Jay stuck to his original quote. Overall, excellent experience.

We loved our new air conditioner so much that were already looking into buying a furnace before the upcoming cold months! Rapid Home Solutions has met all possible expectations, and we strongly recommend the company.
