Frank didn't finish my job and my wife gave him full payment. Now for last week and half, I am chasing him. There is big mess in the front of my house now. Don't recommend him at all.

He even took my extension cable and never returned, didn't provide invoice too!

It sure feels like he took my right money and ran poor quality work what a mess never returned my calls

I would not recommend Italian Concrete to anyone for now as they are very bad in coordinating. Father and son Operation and they dont always agree with one another. Frank came very quickly and was good as long as the deal was done. Once the concrete pad was put which was delayed by the way at-least by a week rather then the set date. All was done and finally the price was paid. But had some issues and they would not return a call. Now in less then a year, I see the concrete is cracking and some nail type of holes visible. Tried calling them several times but Frank once sent a message saying cant talk now will come in weekend and never showed up. I kept calling but never responded to my message or my phone calls. I sent him a final message to show up, call back or let me know or else I will submit this review. I just need to know why is the concrete cracking holes in less then a year old pad. Not sure if they are registered with BBB but will check it out.

A big thank you to Frank and Mario for doing a wonderful job putting in our stamped concrete patio. Frank provided a quick and reasonable quote. The work was scheduled to be done within one week and rescheduled at my request. It was completed based on my time line. The end product was excellent. Both Frank and Mario were friendly and easy to work with. I would hire them again and have referred them to 2 friends.

Italian Concrete and Design did an amazing job. Gets the job done efficiently and looks great. I 100% recommend, very happy with the results and finished product. Looks very clean and professionally done, and Frank is a great person!

I’m really happy with how my backyard turned out. I found Francesco really easy to work with and he gave great suggestions to help improve my backyard.
I would say you get what you pay for, but I think I got more than what I paid for. The prices were incredible and his (and his crew’s) work was outstanding! I would highly recommend Francesco!

Italian concrete and design were very easy to deal with. Frank came out and gave us an estimate and within a few days he had prepped and finished. He was honest and respectful of our budget. We are so happy with the finished sidewalk. It looks fantastic. Thank you so much guys!

I sent Frank a message to get a quote for a gob in our backyard. He was quick to respond and was quick to come out and see the area I wanted done. He worked very well with me and helped me to have my vision come to life. He and his team were very professional, clean and respectful. Frank was always in contact with me to let me know what was going on and when he would be at my place. I love my new concrete pad. Thanks to Frank and his team I finally have my stamped 2 tone patio.

Frank and his crew came out to redo our driveway. He was very knowledgeable and helped with all of our questions and concerns. He was patient and extremely considerate of our time and budget. We would absolutely hire Italian Concrete and Design Inc. again for any project we have. Thank you guys!

We needed a backyard patio completed fast and they completed the work within three days, even with the weather not fully cooperating. They cleaned up after their work was done, and also cleaned up my front garage concrete pad from previous debris. Thanks Frank!
