S&S Cleaning

Preparing my home for sale, it needed a deep clean. I posted my requirement here on HomeStars and received four responses. S and S was quick to respond and diligent in follow up communications. The list of items they'd cover was detailed (and felt a little like over promising), but their price was in-line with the other quotes so they won based on good communication.

The ladies arrived within the specified time frame, did a tour of the house to assess things and set to work. They were impressively thorough and I am very satisfied with the finished results.

We reached out to S&S Cleaning for help with a deep clean of our semi-detached house, which was looking a little dusty, dour and dog-fur-filled after a few busy pandemic/post-lockdown years. Sophie responded almost immediately with helpful and detailed information about their services and costing. We got an appointment shortly thereafter -- and they did an absolutely wonderful job. We had forgotten how shiny our kitchen and bathrooms could be! Their responsive communication and professionalism made for a smooth and painless process throughout. Apartment was sparkling clean. We hired S&S Cleaning to deep clean our empty apartment after we moved out / before we handed our keys back. They deep cleaned every surface, appliance, windows inside and out. Excellent work

Very satisfied with the services of S&S Cleanings I use the services once a month my house is not big so in 4 hours the place is super clean and its value for money. I have used Tamara about 3 times now and with each visit she is trying to go above and beyond our expectations. She is professional and amicable with a good attitude and warm demeanor. S&S cleaning did a very thorough deep clean of my 1 bedroom condo rental unit in Toronto. The place was spotless. They even cleaned behind the oven and fridge and other areas that I wouldnt have expected them to get to. My only minor complaint is related to the final cost. I was quoted for 6 hours of cleaning and was told that there was a 99% chance it would take 6 hours to clean. However, I ended up being charged for 7 hours. I didnt mind because the place truly was spotless, but I would have appreciated if the quoted number of hours could have been adhered to.

Sophie and her team are the best. They are very thorough and efficient. I really appreciate S&S Cleanings flexibility, she always works with my schedule. My house always looks great when they finish a cleaning. I have two dogs and her teams are wonderful with them. I feel very lucky to have found them and I highly recommend S&S Cleaning Service!
