We are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with our company. We do apologize for the experience you had with our technician and the lack of communication on our end. With that, we have reached out to you regarding the matter and you did receive a personal email apology from the manager about the situation. In terms of our refund process, our company policy is that refunds must be completed through cheque. We understand you do not agree with this process, but unfortunately we cannot administer refunds through credit card, as that is our company's policy.
