After almost two years of dealing with various companies to unsuccessfully fix a serious leak in my new house, Richard Martel & his assistant, Marie-Ange, came highly recommended, and finally resolved the issues that other companies had failed to do. Their service went above & beyond. In addition to being professional & leaving the job area in an organized & clean manner at the end of each day, Richard took the time to clearly explain the problems & his solutions in plain, easy-to-understand terms. Richard and his assistant, Marie-Ange, did an amazing job on completely renovating an old and dark laundry area, turning it into a light, clean and spacious utility room. Their work is immaculate and they were creative in working around any challenges that cropped up. They left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. Richard went the extra mile in ensuring that everything worked and was as we wanted it. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Richard is able to transform even the most ordinary things into looking like new !
