The product (the filtration system) is very good and the supply of the pro-filter element is also good.
The conversation I had with Rashmi regarding my invoice was very fruitful and she went out of the way to send me the invoices on a regular monthly basis without me having to call up the company every month. This is very useful for me since I am answerable to my auditor and eventually to the CRA for all expenses. We are a charitable organization.
