I called HomeWater Contact Centre that I was charged by Enbridge and HomeWater for the month of March. The representative, I was talking with, was very efficient and quick to look into the monthly bill and I was promised to get that reversed in 5-7 business days. I was provided all information clearly and promptly. I woudl say that was a one call resolution.
