Ive been renting a whole water system with HomeWater since 2015. I have never had any problems with the equipment and my water has always been very good. Yesterday I spoke with a HomeWater rep and my equipment has been updated to the 2024 version. Because of being a loyal customer my future payments have been considerably reduced! New equipment! Lower monthly cost! Who does that? Home water does!! Customer service representative was exceptional! Very attentive, answered all my questions.
