I love my kitchen water filtration system. Unfortunately I developed black mold from a bad Roofing job and I had to stop using my kitchen water filtration system. It is really nice to see some customer service from a company that you have been with for a long time. The woman I spoke to on the phone was obviously very good at her customer service,, they all are. She treated me with respect, and understood the situation and did everything she could to help me I think that is very nice. There's nothing worse than having to make certain decisions for your home and the company gets upset with you. Thank you

I Enjoy this product very much and I would definitely recommend them to others. Since I received their service I have saved money on buying cases of water bottles. I have it hooked up to my kitchen sink and It tastes great just like the water bottles you would buy at the store. I give them two thumbs up...
