The Customer service representative was very knowledgeable, informative.
She heard my concern about the monthly payment and offered a new plan that brought down the payment.

An extra payment was taken out of my account, and I was treated with respect and kindness during the telephone conversation. Totally satisfied with the way i was treated and acknowledgedthat there was an overpayment and will be refunded shortly. Thanks so very much for your help.

We have had thé Home Water system in our home for over 10 years and we are very pleased with their services and the fresh water that we have for drinking, cleaning and cooking with.

I called Home Water this afternoon to update my credit card information. The young lady that I dealt with (don't recall her name) explained that if I changed the payment to come from my chequing account I would save $3/month. And, I do love to save money wherever I can.
