The springs and cables that support one of our garage doors were replaced by Premium Doors however upon completion the garage door was a couple of inches out of alignment. We called many times over a couple of months to try to get someone to come back out to fix the issue but kept getting the run around (they were coming yet no one showed up, the tech was not answering their phone etc). After a couple of months (20+ calls later), we finally made other arrangements to have the door fixed (turns out it was an issue with two drum bolts). Unfortunately, they required full payment up front before the job was started, and they required us to sign an agreement that states that you agree to not open a credit card dispute. This does not leave alot of recourse options if the job is not done properly.

By far the worst company to deal with after sales for repairs and problems. They will gladly take your money but never come back to repair the many issues with the doors. Promise after promise! Its been over two years and my doors still dont work, have major defects and poor quality installation finishes. Photos added but videos wont load of opening and closing issues.

James is not to be trusted at all he tries to smooth talk everything but when it comes down to it he will leave you high and dry and take off with your money.
I know he tells people his name is Shai too so beware hes going by two different names.
Do not hire this company
Save yourself so much grief
The website he gives you is fabricated his reviews are so bad and on his website it says 5 starts.

Be aware and Stay away do not provide 50% deposit ran away with my deposit and was told dont worry about online reviews .
No garage door installed even after 3 months and new excuse each time , call centre employees are fake and no responses .

All strips cut too shots terrible workmanship
Made 17 calls e-mail with video test message with pictures keep promising but no one shows up to fix problems it is now July 15th and no one showing up.
Very unreliable poor customer service and untrustworthy not recommendable

They came they worked and they left and I am satisfied. Great job! The guy came right on time. He replaced our 2 garage doors . He cleaned up after himself and he was gone all within 5 hours. Very impressive.

Not supply after 6 month passed from installtion date.
We ordered the garage door Nov. 2024 with 50% deposit.
But, not install until now (End of Apr. 2025).
They may not willing to supply.

they installed my doors fast efficient and affordable, unlike their recent reviews that I have seen on the internet. I experienced honesty, affordability , process was fast clean kind and professional! I recommend to deal with them , they know what they do ! now I have 2 beautiful doors and I did not spent a lot.

They installed two doors a couple years ago, with no real issues. In Dec one panel got damaged on a door, I had them out, gave them a deposit of $700 with a promise to come first week of January to replace it. It is now February and I can not get ahold of them to schedule the replacement. If I could I would have dealt with someone else. Stay away!

Eight months ago, Premium Doors installed a new track for our garage door, which came with a five year warranty. Recently, we had the same problem with the track that they installed, so we called to have it checked out.

The owner came, and after just pressing the wall switch a few times to open and close the garage door, he concluded that everything was too old, that the door was too heavy for the opener to lift it, and that the problem had nothing to do with the track that they installed. He said that the only solution would be to buy a whole new door and opener assembly, which he'd be able to provide.

I explained that the issue was exactly the same one we had before with the old track, and that is why they recommended installing a new one. And now we were having the same problem with the new one that they installed.

The technician got very defensive and said that the previous tech had been fired. To which I pointed out that the company should still be responsible for the job that he did under warranty. He became offensive and would hear no more, saying that he is the professional and therefore we had no right to disagree with him. He then said he'd put a directive on my file not to answer any more service calls from my address, and left, calling my tenant and me "animals".

In short, we had a problem with the track that they installed under warranty, and they did not do anything to resolve it.
