Karol from Saco Construction was very pleasant to work with. From the initial call to discussing project matters, Karol was always responsive and provided insights throughout the project. Some of his highlights were that started and completed on the agreed time, leaving the place cleaner than it was and the workmanship was on point. Karol was also very accommodating when I need some changes and came in after to address it. Keep up the great work!

I contacted Karol after the framer I was going to use fell through. Karol was able to move his schedule around to come within 3 days and did an amazing job. He explained the work he was going to do, presented options, and worked through issues as they came up. He also left the jobsite cleaner than he found it and took all garbage away. I can't recommend Karol and Saco Construction enough if you're looking for a dependable framer that will go above and beyond to make sure your project is successful.

He completed our 9ft walkout basement framing in two days. He was upfront with all cost breakdowns, providing receipts for material costs. He organized the delivery of lumber and refund/pickup of excess materials. The workmanship was exceptional and the work area was left cleaner that it was found. Highly recommend Saco construction! Karol installed several beams for us in the main floor of our home renovation project. He had the kitchen and living room wall removed and the beams were installed. Karol is a true professional, who is very knowledgeable, transparent, and works efficiently.
