Karols attention to detail, clear communication, punctuality and expertise made my framing project a pleasure. When explaining my ideas to Karol about the layout of the finished space he offered excellent advice and helped to perfect the design. Before completing certain walls he snapped the lines for me to confirm thats what I wanted. He is so very patient and didnt get annoyed when I proposed changes. He even explained bulkhead layouts so there were no surprises when the job was done. He even swept the space when he finished.

Karol also understands installation of modern building materials he also did barricade sub floors for me.

Highly recommend Saco construction! Karol installed several beams for us in the main floor of our bungalow project. Working with Karol is such a stress free experience. He shows up when he says he will, he's in early and he works so fast! He is cordial, leaves the site spotless and does little things to make life easy for other trades after him. This was the second time Karol had come into my house to do work and it was a great experience this time around as well.

We hired Saco Construction to renovate a large bedroom into two separate smaller bedrooms. Their contractor Karol was a true professional. He ensured that no detail was missed and walked us through the entire process. His fast response to emails/texts made communicating easy, and on the day of the project he arrived on time and took the time/effort to protect our flooring along the route he would be moving materials. He did a fantastic job on the project (it turned out exactly as we had discussed) and he took the time to ensure that everything was cleaned before the project ended. We would definitely go with Saco and their team on any future projects!

Karol framed my legal basement suite and I am beyond pleased with his work. He is very detailed oriented, quick on his feet, and was able to work around any obstacle (there were many). He was very tidy, on time, and made the process stress free. I will be hiring Karol on any future projects. My only wish is that the rest of my subs were as enjoyable to work with as Karol.

A few old floor joists in my house were in need of reinforcement: a sister joist, some joist hangers and a few shims. The majority of the work had to be done in an open dirt crawl space, which is quite shallow. Moreover, the old joists are wider than the modern ones, so that special joist hangers were required. Karol answered my call on Saturday, came to look at the problem and proposed the solution. Good quality job, done quickly and at a reasonable price. Thanks a lot!
