I highly recommend Kaayla for your bathtub and shower recaulking and cleaning needs. She's very friendly, professional, timely, transparent and explains to you what she's going to do and why she's going to do it. Right from the start, she emailed me back right away and called me that very evening to explain what she thought would be the best approach in cleaning my shower.

She showed up in full PPE and wore indoor slippers inside of my condo and I felt like she respected my condo apartment very much. Kaayla was excellent at explaining how I could maintain the cleanliness of my new shower. She cleaned the tiles, the glass, the floor, removed mold, and recaulked everything with precision and efficiency.

I most certainly will call her again for my other bathroom and highly recommend her services. Even after the job was done, she was very helpful in responding to my questions on how to maintain my shower.

Kaayla was terrific from start to finish. When we inquired about cleaning the grout of our 30 year old floor tiles plus a stand-up shower, she promptly provided very clear information about her process - including how it is different from other providers - and on her pricing. It was clear from her description that she goes the extra mile in cleaning grout, disinfecting all surfaces, and replacing caulking - and this was exactly what we experienced when she did the jobs. Kaayla spent an entire day on our glass stand-up shower and another day on our ceramic floors, which had not had the grout cleaned in over 20 years at least. She was prompt, cheerful, and full of helpful information about what we could do to clean and maintain our shower and floors. She provided extremely helpful advice about products and even brought us a couple of jugs of the cleaner she mixes for everyday cleaning of floors and surfaces. From beginning to end we got exactly what was promised - and more. We give Axia Cleaning our highest recommendation and will certainly reach out to Kaayla again for service. Thank you Kaayla for restoring our shower to it’s original mould free condition! There was build up of mould in the corners and on grout near the floor that had accumulated over time. It was a tricky and time consuming job because it was pebbled and natural stone. Kaayla took her time and meticulously scrapped and cleaned out all the mould. She also cleaned the shower ceiling and glass door. It was a full day’s work and I really appreciate all her efforts because our shower looks new again! She was very easy to work with and communication and pricing was very clear from the start!
