Yevhen fixed my washer that stopped draining. Everything about the experience was great. He quickly answered my call and confirmed when he was coming, he arrived on time, he told me what he believed was the problem (a clogged pump) and what he would charge to fix it. He worked quickly to clear the pump clog, he confirmed that the pump was not damaged by the debris he found and that the washer was draining properly. He left the area very clean. Invoice and payment was very easy and he explained his warranty. Yevhen was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I will certainly call him again for any appliance repairs.

Dishwasher was not running or draining. Called Yevhen and he came to look it over. He was timely, efficient and friendly. He removed a piece of glass from the pump and had it repaired within half an hour. Will be calling him for all future repairs.

Yevhen came when he said he would and checked out my freezer and determined that is was not the fan so therefore the compressor. My particular freezer has only one fan.. Since the compressor was still working and cooling properly even if it was making more noise he suggested checking the temperature regularly and when it no longer is cooling well then get a new freezer.
I appreciated his professional advice and friendly manner.
