Purchased a Stressless Stella set. It was delivered 7 weeks later than promised. Sofa is garbage with mismatched cushions and broken mechanism from day one.
Bad ergonomicsendless nightmare led to shoulder surgery because of the postural distortion created by this Stressful sofa! Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else.

In pandemic time I deposit 850$ for a botanical. After 6-7 months the store refused to sell me one of the botanical they had. Aprox a year after deposit, I got a telephone to pick up the botanical. The botanical dod not look good. We asked for a refund. We were forced by the store to get store credit and buy something for 1650 ( the value of the botanical) at our convenience. We did not like anything at that time. Also we live far from the store. We went last week to buy something and close this bad business. We were told our store credit expired. So we never got anything from the store. We just lost 850$
Please do not do bussiness with this store.
