Khushru is very knowledgeable about renovation and has all the right people that a renovation project needs on his team. He also stocks most of the construction material and accessories for a full renovation job which save time and money. I worked with him a couple of times. Khushroo took personal interest in finishing the job, by frequently visited our site to ensure quality workmanship, and was constantly in touch with us during the entire duration of the project. He is extremely hardworking.

What we really liked was that he was extremely patient with us and willing to hear our suggestions for changes and immediately took action to rectify the situation, even if it meant tearing down and redoing the work already completed.

He was also willing to work with us with changes we wanted during the course of the project, which increased his scope of work and cost.

Great experience. A two part project - 1. replace all carpeting upstairs with engineered hardwood 2. replace stairs and landing carpeting with stained wood to match hardwood, replace spindles and posts of our choosing and baseboards and flushed vents. The process was easy working Khushru and alot less stressful than thought. His crews are top tier and professionals in their own right. Punctual, hardworking, and skilled craftsmen. Would definitely recommend.
