Hi Michelle, thank you for reaching out to us, we are glad we were able to clear up misunderstandings regarding the coil installation and maintenance. Just as a reminder, to avoid damage to your furnace going forward, please make sure to change out your filter regularly based on the size and type of filter that you have. The pleated 16x25x1 MERV 8 filters we carry usually last up to 3 months unless the home has more pollutants. But if you are still using your washable filter then please make sure to clean it more frequently, possibly every month or maybe more often based on your situation. Since a clogged filter can lead to the coils freezing again and damaging your furnace. Hi Muhammad, thank you for reaching out. We're hoping to shed a bit of light on this situation surrounding the replacement of a gas appliance part. We understand you wanted us to provide you with the part, however, per manufacturer policy and gas code, replacing the burner in a natural gas unit such as your tankless water heater will need to be done by a licensed gas technician. There are lots of liability issues if individuals who are not licensed to do the work obtain and install these parts since it could become a serious hazard. If we are to obtain a part under warranty we must also be the ones to install that part, this is why when we make the warranty claim with the manufacturer it's absolutely necessary for us to provide a date for when the repair was done by us. This is why we cannot provide just the part to you.
