Jay's Landscaping and Construction out of Brampton were very prompt and did a great job cleaning up my property. Due to a back injury and some other areas I am no longer able to do this for myself.

My job was not completed as per the contract. Repeated attempts have been made for them to return and complete the job as agreed and paid for. Company will not respond to my attempts to contact them.

Jay definitely shows a lot of passion and talks a big talk which is why we decided to give him our business. He told us that the difference between him and other contractors is that he gives 100% and his clients become clients for life. We genuinely liked him. We hired him to complete some interlocking for us. Regrettably, things began to unravel before they could even get started. The work was delayed 1 mth due to rain (understandable). It then took over 1 mth to complete 90% of the project which looked great, but then bricks would become loose here and there after only a few mths and Jay would always promise to come and fix them but either didn't bother to show up or always had some elaborate excuse as to why he could not make it. He already had our money so I guess we were no longer a priority. There is still another smaller project that has yet to be completed. Winter has now come and gone and we noticed more loose bricks. We have given up on him ever coming back to make things right. Jay is full of broken promises and we will not be recommending him to any friends or family and will have to fork up more money to have everything finished and repaired. Super disappointing to say the least :(
