Mohammad responded to me quickly and professionally. Within a couple weeks he came to our home, did his work and provided the final drawings. He was very helpful is assisting us with our project. His engineering fees are also very reasonable.

My contractor drilled through a 4” opening through the LVL beam and I was concerned about the integrity of the beam. I called Mohammad and he was prompt and scheduled a visit the same day. He expedited the assessment and suggested repairs, which my contractor promptly implemented.

Our kitchen is quite old and we decided to renovate it this year. We need to replace a load bearing beam and remove a wall to make the area more open. Our contractor believes the wall that needs to be removed is not a load bearing wall. We contacted Mohammad for an assessment. He responded right away and contacted us when he has a cancellation so we could meet sooner. Mohammad was very knowledgeable and very thorough.
