Basement Reno
Pierre came to our home to provide a quotation for our basement reno. We agreed on timeline, cost, and conditions. He ask for deposit and deposit was provided right away; knowing that he said he needs it for material cost. He promised that materials will be delivered the next day, and the work will start the same time. Next day came, he didn't show up, everyday for five days we waited for job that supposed to be done in 2 days. Emailed him, text him, called him everyday, 2-3 times per day, he never showed up and no job done. We requested our deposit / money back to be return, he never did and never communicated back. This guy is a fraud!!!! This company is fraud!!!

They came and ripped out the whole entire house. Also finished the basement for me as well. The work ended up being completely beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer result. They did a fantastic job.

The team at constructionize are really organized and very skilled. The work ethics of the crew are very professional. They did a phenomenal job on mine and my wifes basement, and made an excellent play room for our kids.

Recently had them finish a basement for us, absolutely amazing work, timing was great and price fits the budget to our expectations. Will definitely be using them for future renovations.
