Ayal came in and helped me design and build this beautiful landscaping feature. It was a really tough job to do without disturbing the existing landscaping, but he was always prompt and thorough and he got the job done in a timely fashion. I would also like to mention that the pricing was more than fare. Great job!

We hired Ibex to demolish and remove an old garage and it’s foundation. They came in with their equipment and crew, they were very quick and efficient and they left the site very tidy.

I first hired a foundation crack injection company, who determined there was no crack in the foundation. Ibex came out to have a look and suggested flushing and scoping the perimeter drains as well as chipping out a piece of wood that had been left in the slab during framing of the house (some 40 years earlier) and filling the space with hydrostatic concrete. The crew worked diligently for several hours to dig a test hole, get access to the perimeter drains, and flush the drains with water under pressure until all the water was flowing freely. They put a camera down the drain and provided me with a Youtube showing the drains. I would highly recommend this company to anyone having drainage issues. They are very professional and do not overcharge. Thanks.

Installation of Strip Drain in front of main entrance to house, tying it into existing drainage system along perimeter of house. Digging out along foundation, removing existing soil and rock and replacing with 3/4" gravel. Performing drain scope into drainage system to diagnose condition of existing drainage system and cleaning same.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of this company. The owner is clearly very experienced and a pleasure to deal with. The work was completed efficiently and the property left neat and tidy. As well, some additional work and materials were provided at no extra charge.
