Mr. Unnecessary Problem, do not trust this so called technician. He came to fix my heating and couldn't figure out how to make my furnace work with a standard smart thermostat. The A/C wasn't working anymore after he messed around with the wiring, spent hours running up and down my home for what a skilled technician could do in no time. He yells on the phone and hangs up suddenly, terrible customer relations. He's very old and stubborn, It's time to retire buddy. We had to call a reputable company to come fix his work, which only took half and hour. What a waste of time and money. Whoever is making the 'honest' remarks on his reviews must be his friends and family. How many days did my family have to go without heat because of his incompetence!?

Mehfooz, owner of No Problem, came and did maintenance on our furnace in Sept 2021 through Cosmopolitan Heating and cooling. The furnace made noise in January, so I brought someone else to look at it. He said there's no way any maintenance had been done on this furnace. The pictures speak for themselves. Don't waste your time or money.

I highly do not recommend. Paid $1000 for a leak in the AC fix, which only lasted less than a day. If this person was honest, they would have told us that this was a risk and we would NOT have risked spending a grand to literally evaporate into the air after 1 day. When we called to ask for help the next day, he hung up during the call hand conveniently hasn't picked up the phone since, nor returned the call. I would never trust someone who treats people this way, stay clear, honestly!
