Without question, Orest and staff at Blackrock HVAC are knowledgeable and talented with respect to water heater and HVAC installs and maintenance. While their pricing is about 20% more than the competition, they are clean and can make a general eyesore of a product seem remarkably aesthetic.

Unfortunately, their customer service is sorely lacking once the job is complete and payment made so if you think you might ever need additional work or maintenance done, I'd stick to a more reliable and customer-service oriented company.
