Unique Projects

I responded to an ad from an employee (Elliot) working for Unique Projects. A 41-inch maple tabletop was being offered for $190. Amazing deal of course, but not so unusual since the ad stated that it was leftover from a big project. I had my doubts, so I asked if the tabletop was made of solid wood or veneer. Solid wood, he texted.

Today, we made the trip to have a look. Solid wood it is not. Not only is it veneered, but it’s splitting around the edges. It impressed.

Elliot, if you can’t tell the difference between solid wood and veneer, that does not speak very highly about your building skills.

As for the company management, think about it, your employees represent you, your company and your values.

Loved the working relationship and finished product. Unique Projects did our entire 2100 soft condo renovation: reconfigured the kitchen by fitting in Ikea cabinets and custom doors, gorgeous millwork, 6 hidden hallway doors for storage. Managed their trades well and stood behind their products and work.

Quality of work is excellent.
As a previous home builder myself I can say that all of the work done was completed at a professional level. Attention to detail demonstrated commitment to quality. We are very happy with the final result.
