Tamim did an electrical inspection of a property we had a conditional offer on. We had concerns about how the previous owners had changed the electrical panel, and installed new wiring. We needed a more thorough electrical inspection than what a general home inspector could provide. Tamim met and exceeded our expectations. His communication and attention to detail were excellent. He was punctual and responded promptly to any text messages I sent before he came to do the inspection. He patiently answered any questions we had, and clearly explained the work that was done, and what his recommendations were for improvements (such as installing GFIs in washrooms).
