Tamim did an electrical inspection of a property we had a conditional offer on. We had concerns about how the previous owners had changed the electrical panel, and installed new wiring. We needed a more thorough electrical inspection than what a general home inspector could provide. Tamim met and exceeded our expectations. His communication and attention to detail were excellent. He was punctual and responded promptly to any text messages I sent before he came to do the inspection.
