I was worried about having to buy a new machine because of the horrible noise it made. Called Electra fix and luckily, it was one of the shock observers that broke. The technician order a new one and came back the next day to replace. The washer is now back to normal.

My Blomberg dryer would not start. The technician ran some diagnostics and electrical tests. Eventually, he replaced the control board which solved the problem. I highly recommend electra fix, very knowledgeable.

I discovered a leak from my dishwasher. I could not find the source, so I decided to call a professional. The technician arrived within a few hours and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend this company!

I had a deeply disappointing experience with a company that seems to have little regard for customer satisfaction. After waiting six weeks with nothing being done, I requested a full refund and was labeled as salty for doing so. When I mentioned that I might write a negative review, I was told to "be civil."

Throughout this ordeal, I learned the following about the companys practices:

Avoidance: They can ignore you for weeks, wont answer your calls, and when you finally reach someone, the manager conveniently just left five minutes agoat 4:30 pm on a Friday.

Unfair Refund Policy: After enduring four weeks of delays and receiving incorrect parts during hot summer weather, they offered me only a partial refund of $150 on parts, refusing to refund the remaining $450 due to their policy.

Silencing Customers: Before issuing the $150 refund, they required me to sign a contract agreeing to delete any negative posts on social media and to refrain from posting any future negative comments. This is nothing short of an insult, as $150 doesnt even begin to cover the frustration and inconvenience they caused.

Called March. Freezer compartment not working. Put in new heater next day. Stopped working May. No charge for service call but another heater installed. Still not working. Had the option of buying a new fridge with 250 credit at their Electra fix store but with over 500 in hoped this would be the solution. So we got a New mother board. Did not work. Came out again - no charge to attach some wires that were forgotten the time before still not working. Now we can get a 184 credit towards a new fridge. Called their appliance store. Didnt have what I wanted. After 1 week of trying to find a fridge with them finally heard back- nothing in stock except a different make for more $. With $200 discount, 2 yr warranty ( told it would be 3 yrs on the 1st offer) + tax + delivery we have decided to go elsewhere. Feel we were ripped off. Cant return parts which are either defective or just didnt fix the problem. They have a reviews link on their email but it goes to Google Maps which I cant access.

The technician Zak was extremely professional. I hired 2 other companies that couldn't fix the fridge. He checked all the wiring in the fridge and found the problem. I would definitely going to use their services in the future.

Electra fix tech Eddie came to repair my fridge. He was speedy on the repair. Replaced 2 parts and and services my fridge as well. Very professional technician.
