Bertino Kitchens

Bertino was hired last June to fix the brick work around my garage as well as my master bathroom. He was constantly late or didn't even show up. A job that should have taken a few weeks is STILL NOT DONE! My bathroom took a month and a half and the workmanship was terrible! He came in April to finally take a brick to match and now it looks even worse! To say I am upset and frustrated is an understatement!

I have included just a few pictures to illustrate just how awful the workmanship is.

Terrible Experience with Bertino Kitchens

We recently had a disastrous encounter with Bertino Kitchens and felt compelled to share our experience. As the owners of Toronto Granite, our company was hired by Bertino Kitchens to fabricate countertops for two of their clients. However, to our utter dismay, Bertino Kitchens have failed to pay the bill for our services and have now vanished into thin air. Neither Bertino nor Cheryl can be reached, and it is disheartening to encounter such dishonesty.

It is truly disappointing to come across individuals who conduct business in such an unethical manner. Not only did they fail to fulfill their financial obligations as a business, but they also disappeared without any communication or attempt to resolve the matter. This level of irresponsibility and disregard for professional relationships is unacceptable.

Due to their lack of integrity, we have no choice but to pursue legal action against Bertino Kitchens. We are currently in the process of filing a small claims court case to seek the compensation that is rightfully owed to our company. This situation has caused unnecessary stress, financial strain, and wasted time that could have been dedicated to serving other clients.

I strongly advise anyone considering working with Bertino Kitchens to reconsider. It is evident that they cannot be trusted, and their actions demonstrate a complete lack of professionalism. It is essential to support businesses that prioritize integrity and maintain healthy relationships with their partners and suppliers.

Used for a basement reno and 1.5 years later still waiting for things to be fixed and job to be finished.look up reviews. They use very old pixs to look good and family and friends for good reviews

We used them for a kitchen remodel, they were quick to demolish but behind schedule for all the work required and forced to me wait several days when nobody appeared.

They claimed to honour their workmanship and warranty, it took over a year to get someone to look at the issues, acknowledge it is on them and they have not fixed it. Due to some of their poor workmanship with their subs, we have some failures/issues (e.g. not properly cut quartz), electrical not up to code and electrical failures due to improperly installed items.

I have sent emails and followed up to sometimes a response to other times no response. Do not use this business as they do not follow through.

We hired Bertino Kitchens to provide all the cabinetry in our custom built home-- they handled everything from kitchen cabinetry and built-ins, to vanities and closets. Our project manager Berto was patient, knowledgeable, and proved to be a trustworthy asset to our build. Cody, our head installer, was excellent onsite and Diane, proved to be pleasant and helpful from the office. We highly recommend Bertino Kitchens-- a wholesome family run business, that offers a beautiful product and are a pleasure to deal with.

Amazing work and customer service. Defiantly recommend this company We where on a tight deadline and they came in at a great price and a week ahead of schedule. While everyone else said it was impossible to accomplish

Replaced the existing original kitchen with a new kitchen and island designed and installed by Bertino kitchens. The installation went very smoothly and the fit and finish was excellent. You can tell that they take great pride in their work and Bertino and Diane were great to work with and kept me well informed with the progress of the job. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to remodel their kitchen.

Bertino Kitchens is beyond amazing. From the moment we contacted David to the time our kitchen was installed Bertino's was the best and done before the time expected. The office manager Diane was very pleasant and helpful, Humberto was precise and knowledgable, his design skills are spot on. Bertino himself is a true professional and is always puts his customer first. Cody the installer, pride in his work and he does it very well. He worked on our kitchen as it was his own. Without a doubt the best experience and will highly recommend Bertino's Kitchen. Quality, Design, Install, Customer Service all superior. Thank you Bertino's our kitchen is amazing!
