The sales, service and installation was exemplary. I am pleased with my purchases and have nothing but positive things to share about my experience.
Learning about how water softeners work and thinking energy efficiency and cost to run from a water and salt perspective. There was only one clear answer and it made the most sense.
Getting free installation and a complimentary RO system was icing on the cake since I was considering one for some time

This was the first time we had to buy a water softener and a water purifier and it was a very good experience. Mark, the owner of the branch, gave my husband and I a very thorough description of both products, how they work, why they are needed in the area where we live, their different brands and payment options. He answered every single question we had-and we had many! His payment options were very affordable, so the purchase did not become a burden; this is particularly important after buying a new home when there are so many hidden payments. The installation was easy, clean and with no problems. Also, he gave us a follow-up call days later in case we had any questions or doubts. Mark and his team are very professional and I highly recommend them.
