I had a clogging dishwasher drain which was coming up periodically. Alex was quick to diagnose and fix the drain problem with my dishwasher. He was honest and fair in his quotes.

Fast efficient service Alex was very professional and did a great job. Removed builder grade hood, installed a plug in cupboard above stove and installed new microwave hood combo. was very responsive and was able to come within a few days. Even gave me a brief instruction on how to use digital controls! Great service!

Alex, the owner, is an appliance expert repairman you want to work with. He communicates clearly, from the scheduling, and next steps, shows you what he's doing, clear on the quote, and provides recommendations. He is clear on how much it'll cost right up front, and there's full transparency on what he'll be doing--in my case, showed me the broken/burnt coil that needs replacing--even showing the part price that he's getting to replace the defective coil. He was efficient and well-mannered. I know people have lost confidence in the repair industry (automotive, appliance repair, etc), due to some crooks...but he is bringing back the confidence. I feel he's just a great guy, who just wants to do his job, really well, and reasonably price his efforts--and hopefully, his customers would spread the good news. So here I am, spreading the good news! You won't regret calling Alex. He was in and out of the house within the hour, even offered to clean the inside of the dryer :-) 10/10 all the way!! Best service I've received from any appliance repair person. My call was returned with 10 minutes. An appointment was setup for the SAME day and the installation was done in less than an hour.
