John started with an estimate of $5000 which was attractive given the prospect I got from other contractors. We drawn clear specifications from day one. The project was to be completed within 3 days as per his estimate. It took 3 weeks and not finished. As we go he was asking for more money. We end up at $12,000. No clear project management and the final quality was just disappointing. He asked for half deposit initially. Folks who do a great job usually ask to pay them upon completion. This should have been a warning sign but I was naive to say the least given the smooth talk he use everyday. Never work with this company.

Johnny and his crew have been great. We had a large scope of work to be completed, and Johnny was the only contractor to come up with a sound proposal for the whole job. Other contractors knew we had other existing issues and only proposed completing part of the work. They worked very hard daily and ensured all of the work was done properly, provided pictures for each stage of the work and did a walk through with us daily. They have been thorough and creative in problem solving the issues as they came up. We are very happy with their work and we would highly recommend them to friends and family.

I got many quotes from bigger companies and it was significantly more expensive. John and his crew gave a very reasonable price. They were on time, polite, responsible, and did a great job. They did water proofing for me and landscaping. Im very happy. Highly recommend them.

I hired John and his worker last June 2019...they waterproofed the basement from the outside in 2 spots. Excellent job...Very reasonable pricing. No leaks to date so they definitely took care of the problem. They worked very hard over 2 days in the unbearable heat. Very polite. And hardworking gentlemen. I highly recommend them. I've kept their business card if someone in the neighbourhood needs work done.

John came recommended by another contractor and he gave me a quote immediately. I had already asked for quotes before and this one seamed reasonable. and I found him trustworthy. I hired him and started to work immediately as the quarantine was being already discussed. The job was done quickly and professionally with the excavation required to be done manually so they came with 7 people at the time. The resuls were documented by pictures in every step of the way and showed to me. every day so I did not need to be supervising or just trusting they were doing what they said they would.

We had a basement flood and required waterproofing immediately in the middle of winter. These guys started right away and worked very hard for many days in the cold to keep our home safe. I feel like they did a very good waterproofing job. Additionally, our home was not a simple job. its an old house with additions on it, and this complicated the job tremendously. Almost each day we found new issues and these guys worked with our plumber and with us, so that together were able to solve all the problems and come up with workable solution. I like that he checked with us at each stage and each decision and that he really tried to keep the price as low as possible for this complicated job. Thanks for all the hard work!

John was the only contractor that was able to complete the project without ruining the inside of my house. His creative thinking around how to waterproof a very narrow side of my house was genius. He saved me alot of time and money in renos by not digging through the inside of the house. As well, John recommended not needing a sump pump which saved me a couple thousand dollars more. After he completed the job on time and within thr quoted budget he cleaned the entire work area and left it spotless. On top of it all John saw my wooden fence was old and falling and he repaired it best he could to keep it from coming down. I never asked him too yet he willingly did before he left.

Not only was John professional but he kept to his word with everything. I never met John personally because he worked on my rental home in the city but I was impressed how reliable him and his team were. This contractor is a gem and I will refer him happily to others.
