We live in Ajax, and our windows/doors were over 20yrs old and needed replacing. We shopped around for weeks and compared quotes from 9 other window companies before signing up with Building Luxury Windows & Doors and we are glad we did. Eugene (Product Manager) was our point of contact, he is extremely knowledgeable and prompt in his approach, we felt no pressure to sign up. Some other window companies offered us cash only payment discount, one company offered 40% off until we drove off from your lot, some arrived only with booklet of window sample photos. Eugene arrived with an actual window sample and gave us a small demonstration of how the windows work/specs etc. Eugene compared all competitors quotes and what they offered and beat their prices giving us a fair price, which we were comfortable with. We loved our windows/doors. We were also informed us about energy rebates and the qualifying process. On the day of install, team arrived on time and did an awesome and clean install. Please see attached pic. Our neighbour's appreciated our new front door and windows and how well they are caulked, color we selected is (iron ore and not black!). Overall we are extremely happy and would like to thank Eugene/Daniel/Marina and everyone part of the installation team. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and straightforward. We would recommend this company to anyone looking to get new windows/doors. There are lot of companies out there, but we were so lucky to find them :)

Very happy with our new oversized patio door. From start to finish. We used this company for our beautiful new front door and we were so pleased with how it turned out that we used them again for our patio door. Eugene in sales was great. He was very knowledgeable about all the technical features of our door and advised us on how we should spec it. Install went off without a hitch. Love how much light now enters our home. They were clean, punctual and curious. Highly recommend this company.

Our new door looks very beautiful, the selection of the doors they have are awesome, not to mention that their price is very reasonable. Eugene, the product manager, went as far as our place to give us a quote and show us their brochure. He is very pleasant to talk to and gave us a very reasonable and affordable price. Installation was a breeze and we really love our new door.

I'd like to thank Alex, the salesman, who was able to, firstly, listen to me carefully, secondly, put all possible options on the table and then come to a shortlist after the following discussion. In the end, it was pretty easy for me to choose the most suitable configuration, including casement windows, awning and hung. Alex gave a significant discount to the regular price and eventually beat big names with his price. The patio door looks outstanding both inside and outside when the family chills or makes BBQ. My wife enjoys Internal blinds in the patio door - bright morning sun is not a problem anymore! The front fibreglass door is frankly a piece of the fine arts! Solid and looks very expensive despite its affordable cost. What can I say else... If someone is looking for great windows and doors, they can find them calling Building Luxury Windows & Doors. Once we have completed buying our new house, we started thinking of changing all old windows and doors as they were in terrible condition and, in our opinion, having wrong configuration. We were routinely selecting a company, which could be able to deliver the best quality for best price. And we were impressed to meet Alex, salesman, who had comprehensive technical background about windows and doors as he had previously worked as installer and understood in depth not only how to present the product to a customer, but also how deliver the proper configuration and inside and outside finishing. The way Alex helped us to understand all the details of various windows and doors and choose the particular design according to our needs was outstanding! All other salesmen from several companies we've met before and after stood far beyond Alex as they had only basic concept and trying to sell, but not to help us.
