Squeaky Cleaning

I was happy with the service provided by Squeaky Cleaning. They were easy to book, and the cleaner did a great job taking care of each area!

Hector was great. Very professional, just came in and started cleaning right away. He even scrubbed the fridges and microwave lol.

Great booking system very easy to do! Only negative things were that they showed up pretty late and there was bleach on the Matt in the bathroom which we need to replace now.

I was delighted with the standard of cleaning and the overall care taken at my property. After a few weeks of turmoil, packing, shipping, disposing etc - the house was in need of serious attention and the Squeaky Clean team provided it and more. On handing the house back to my landlord, he was overwhelmed with the cleanliness.

There was an error on their part for the booking because the original cleaner cancelled last minute and another cleaner was sent but wasnt told that it was for a 6-hr deep cleaning and that they needed to bring their own supplies and equipment. So when I realized the mistake upon the cleaners arrival (Daniella arrived 10 mins early), I called the company and spoke to customer service about the issue. The service rep was super nice and addressed the mixup immediately and thankfully Daniella didnt mind taking on the heavy cleaning. They sent her an Uber with all the equipment she needed and she went at the cleaning straight away. She did such a great job with degreasing the kitchen and getting everything cleaned up nicely ready for my move. So happy with the results that Id highly recommend them to my friends and family and Im definitely going to call them back for the next time Im in need of more cleaning services!

Im moving in to a condo and ordered a deep clean of the unit before I moved in any furniture or items. Lorna came to clean the unit and I could not be happier with the results. The grout in the shower went from a brownish-yellow to white again and the inside of the oven was spotless. She went above and beyond and pointed out things I hadnt noticed and re-cleaned the counter several times as it still felt a little grimy. Ill be recommending this service to my friends and family!

Cleaner showed up an hour early, ok fine. While I was walking her through my condo and what I needed cleaned, she just kept saying yes and was not even looking or listening to my comments. I had to ask her to follow me into the bedroom and bathroom because I wanted to show her a few areas which I really needed cleaned. She still wasnt listening. She repeated in several occasions I know what Im doing, Ive been doing this for 20 years. She finished cleaning my condo in under 4 hours and when I came to see the finished results, she said Im very quick at cleaning I proceeded to walk through the condo and showed her at least 5 areas in the kitchen alone that were still very visibly dirty. I walked into the washroom and showed her the counter, faucet and tub which were still dirty. I told her these are the same areas I showed but she was not listening. She then said oh yes dear just show me and Ill clean it. At this point, Im so annoyed that I simply said thank you and helped her out of my condo. I asked for a thorough cleaning because I have arthritis and cant clean all areas myself. On top of that, I had a tenant and renovations done and repeatedly asked for a thorough cleaning. I had to clean the entire condo myself after she left. It was pretty bad. Sorry to say but this was a complete waste of money. Would not recommend.
