Over many years of appliance repairs, I have experienced none that rival Doctor Appliance. They were quick to respond to our request for service for a microwave and came to our home 2 days later at the agreed time. The technician, Sergii, quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced some parts. Unfortunately, a second problem appeared and he had to order another part. It arrived days later when he said, he installed it and the microwave is working. Sergii was very open and knowledgeable about the pros and cons of repairing a 5 year old microwave. For $445, a replacement was an option but we took his suggestion and did the repair.
